Dr. Alicia Lowes is the director of the Turner Syndrome Center and a pediatric endocrinologist at Akron Childrens. Dr. Lowes earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania and completed her residency in internal medicine/pediatrics at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the Pediatric Endocrine Society, The Endocrine Society, Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Big/Little Program and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine International Medical Society.

Nikki is a physician assistant at Akron Children’s, where she’s been practicing as a provider since 2021. She earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio and a master’s degree from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio. Nikki has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants.
