Caleb Liles, D.O.

Dr. Jennifer Shade completed her undergraduate at the Ohio University where she graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Shade completed her transition year residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and her Ophthalmologist residency at the Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. She completed a fellowship in Cornea and Anterior Segment at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Adam H.H. Altman is a comprehensive ophthalmologist offering full-spectrum eye care, including cataract surgery, MIGS, LASIK, PRK, SMILE, ICLs, refractive lens exchange, pterygium excision, eyelid surgeries, corneal cross-linking, and BOTOX. A Cincinnati native, he earned his MD from Wright State and completed residency with the U.S. Air Force, where he served as Chief of Ophthalmology and Aerospace Medicine. Dr. Altman has performed nearly 5,000 refractive procedures with a 98% 20/20 success rate. He enjoys travel, golf, fitness, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
