Experienced Surveying since 1972Hi. Im Charles Kerg (Chuck or Charlie is just fine) and Im a registered surveyor in Richland County. I have worked as a surveyor, starting in Cleveland, since 1972.In 1980 I began working for Krocka and Associates, a surveying and engineering firm in Shelby. I passed the registration test in 1988, and started Kerg Surveying that same year. I am still in close contact with Krocka and Associates, and have occasion to use some of their support services when the situation requires.Most of my work is performed in Richland, Crawford, Huron, and Morrow Counties. I have performed large-scale commercial surveys in cities such as Mansfield, Toledo, Cleveland, Warren, Delaware, Ashtabula and Wooster. My registration is valid throughout the State of Ohio. I most commonly do boundary surveys, commonly referred to as pin surveys, for parcels of any size, from small city and country lots to farms of any number of acres. I do topographic surveys and commercial location surveys, such as ALTAs, typically for commercial customers. I also do Flood Elevation Certificates for people who have property located in flood plains.
