Finally, a fast food restaurant that has plenty of employees so they can give a proper customer service. My go to Burger King in the Strongsville, Middleburg Heights, Berea area. Way to go

Well i waited in line about 25 minutes to finally get to the spot to order my food.. the guy tells me hold on a minute and I'm waiting another 10 minutes not even able to order. I've watched 5...

They say open 24 hours, the app let's you place an order. You go out of your way to get the order and they are closed. You cancel your order and are told you have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund.

Don't advertise as open 24 hours, if you have people working late night only accepting DoorDash and uber orders.... Pulled in the drive thru and told me they can't take orders.... What is the point???
