The Buckeye Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of honorably discharged Veterans with spinal cord injuries, dysfunction, or illnesses such as multiple sclerosis and ALS. Through advocacy, medical research, sports and recreation, education, and communication, the Buckeye PVA strives to improve the quality of life for these Veterans.

As one of the 32 chapters of the national Paralyzed Veterans of America, the Buckeye PVA has been providing assistance to Veterans in Ohio since 1972. Their services include wheelchair sports and recreation programs, veterans benefits, spinal cord injury research, advocacy for disability rights, and referral services for assistive devices, housing, employment, and transportation.
