I like my boba warm and soft. Honestly had a decent experience with service and the location, but hard chewy boba just doesn't do it for me anymore. Milk tea was just fruity sugar.

They allowed orders to be placed online without stating they are out of boba and it's a 30 minute wait. . They wouldn't refund and gave a coupon for 20 percent off.... IT WAS AN HOUR WAIT....

I ordered the thai milk tea with tapioca bobas. Took too long to make. The orders after I me was made first. The tea tasted average, but it was not cold enough. The drink got cold at the end.
