Service is decent. Employees are polite and take/make orders quickly. All of the tables are stacked up near the windows so this place is a takeout only establishment. Bagel variety is amazing....

Very unwelcoming hostile rude staff. In addition, did not follow my repeated request to toast the bagel for my sandwich. I will not be back till the staff changes.
