Our 10 crews, made up of more than 30 workers, undergo a rigorous on-the-job training program, and many of them have been in the trade for decades. With our commercial division—Grove Construction—we have the capability to work on large-scale jobs, including site preparation, slope grading and utility digging. When a client calls, we send out a professional estimator, who will walk the site and communicate with the client to define the scope of the work. In 2023, we opened an equipment store to serve DIY folks, construction supply and welding supplies. Avodah Supply in Millersburg is also the place we send our clients to pick from samples of stamped concrete for jobs that we do.
