As a clinical psychologist, I specialize in treating patients with mood, anxiety and personality disorders. I enjoy helping people to live more satisfying and productive lives through the use of evidence-based treatments. I have special training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, as well as third-wave and mindfulness-based treatments. My goal is to advance psychological knowledge through research, service and education. I earned my PhD at Ohio State and am happy to continue my time here as a Buckeye and serve the central Ohio communit hen I'm not working I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling and relaxing with my family.

As the dean of The Ohio State University College of Medicine, I am not currently accepting new patients. In my role, I focus on faculty retention, recruitment and engagement. I'm leading an unprecedented recruitment process that's already underway and will continue through 2023-350 clinicians and 150 research scientists will join Ohio State to help fulfill the university's goal of becoming one of the top 20 academic medical centers in the United States.
