Bow are you guys a business amd don't answer your telephones make it make sense amd the management staff allows it how can you get any information or anything just to see if your able to donate...

The staff is nice if if you kiss their ass. They never answer the phones, and the cleanliness of the lobby is extremely questionable

This place sucks, staff unwilling to help. Bad customer service. I understand your short staff but to be ignored for 20 minutes then turned away is ridiculous.
