Friendly and professional as to be expected from the staff and after a year of donating at the same location - no issues or complaints. Website is the absolute worst though.

I have donated there 3 times. All of the employees are very friendly and will answer any questions you have and tell you what to do if you're unsure. My first time donating I was pretty nervous...
