Doctors are ok but trying to get through to talk to somebody on the phone is a joke. You would think a doctor's office would have a secretary but apparently not.

I first began going to this facility when it was located behind the McDonalds on Georgesville Rd. before construction of Big Run on Clime Rd. The new building itself is nice with ample parking,...

2 stars would be 5 except I truly believe they mislead their customers about the cost of their service. I called and asked for the cost to see my doctor as a self pay customer without insurance....
