This a nice motel in a nice area. The staff are pleasant and truly believe in customer service. Breakfast was good. Overall a great value. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

This place is an old historical building. Was part of James A Garfield's estate. Parts are really nice and parts dated . The staff is very nice . Our room was big had a sitting area and two TVs ....

Keys didn't work, they didn't clean our room. Pool closed, Restaurant closed. It said 24 hour coffee and cookies. Coffee was cold. No cookies. Amazing they were sold out. $200 for a Best Western...

I give these guys a 4.5 and I'm rounding down as the room is a but dated and it wasn't cheap - roughly $120 per night. But on to the good... the front desk ladies are nice and very professional....

Worst experience ever! took my special needs daughter and elderly mother because of a power outage and their fear of the dark and not being able to shower or flush the toilet. Last room available...
