Im sorry but this has been the worst experience I've had with B&M. It took over 2 hrs to even get my order. Poor customer service and no compensation for a terrible experience from the wait time...

I will never buy food from b&ms they don't cook your food fresh it sits under a light until you arrive and they make your order and put warmed sauce on it sad black owned business that does this...

The polish boy we had tasted like the meat cooked days ago and was left out. The meat was very old tasting and was tough. The service was GREAT though.
