All I wanted to do was make an optometry appointment. I could barely understand the lady on the phone. She got really nasty with me. It affected my PTSD. I don't feel comfortable coming here.

The lab is absolutely horrible the lady is slow and likes to talk I absolutely hate coming here for 2 minutes lab work that takes an hour absolutely notorious here

Care Alliance Health Center

The Care Alliance Health Center is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of health care, patient advocacy and related services. It offers diabetes treatment and medical and dental care services. The center operates several clinics in public housing estates managed by the Cuyahoga County Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). The Care Alliance Health Center provides primary health care, wellness promotion, immunization, cancer screening, gynecological examination and health education services. It also offers case management, podiatry, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and prenatal and postpartum care services. The center additionally provides HIV counseling, testing and treatment services. The Care Alliance Health Center offers medical services at Cosgrove Center, The City Mission, New Life Community and Saint Malachi Center on an outreach basis.
