Avon Oaks Caring Community

Founded in 1965, Avon Oaks is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing short- and long-term care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. It is a family owned and operated community, providing services for the citizens of Avon and the surrounding areas. The center offers a wide range of specialized services, including assisted and independent living through its Gardens of French Creek assisted living facility; skilled nursing services; and rehabilitation and therapies, such as physical, occupational and speech therapies, outpatient services, anodyne, and pet therapy. It also houses a Porter Pavilion Memory Support facility and an Acorn Child Care Center. Its Gardens of French Creek assisted living facility features various amenities, such as bedroom garden apartment with private patio, fully carpeted and kitchenette, meals, dining facility, licensed nurses, personal assistance, housekeeping and laundry service, social and recreational activities, satellite television, routine maintenance, and transportation for health care appointments.
