Owner is extremely rude and has horrible customer service skills. He spoke so rudely to my dad basically screaming "oh well, it's your problem" and then slamming the door in his face. Come'on, man...

Don't get there at 8:50 and expect to be served after waiting 10 minutes in line. They will cut the line off whenever they feel like it. They aren't very nice about it either.
