Dr Olive is really rude and doesn't answer questions. When you do ask questions, she tries to make you feel bad for it. Kerry the manager is dismissive too and equally rude. I see from the reviews...

Kind and helpful people, knowledgeable vet. It can be difficult finding a rabbit (exotic animal) vet so we travel a bit for her.
