The pretzels, and the service at this particular location are off the hook. I had a young lady help me who had a bad ass shark tattoo on her right arm. She was very personable and knowledgeable....

The pretzels given to me were burnt and stale and also some were soggy. The service was somewhat ok but not great and the place wasn't busy but plenty of old pretzels waiting to be purchased.
