Went to upgrade phone and was told i could up my plan to unlimited for 18 dollars a month... bill went from 264 to 603 the next month... cant get any resolve.... horrible place to do buisness......

Worst customer service. Walk in and be ignored because the reps are watching TV. And then given the bare minimum help possible. I went home and changed my phone to Cricket.
