Went to get special 4 for 10. Tell me why it's nearly raw. Had to put in microwave to cook it. Just nasty

DO NOT OERDER THE BIG BACON BURGER!!!! Was horrible, tasted like gristle. hard to chew, rubbery texture. Waste of money!! Stick with Roast Beef or Chicken!
