I usually like Arby's but, I tried that angus cheesesteak today, it was awful. A total mess that needs to be served with a spoon and a garden hose. A $15 mess.

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. Slllooowwwwww Sandwich's stay on counter while fries were being dropped, there were three drive through orders that were also waiting.. Inside smelled of a funk and staff was far from friendly.....

Old recycled meat and cold fries. I heard good things about the Arby's gyro. The sauce was the best part about the meal. I'm disappointed and simply wanted a good lunch.

Walked up to the counter, no other customers were in the build, should of took that as a sign, waited at the counter for several employees walked by and nothing, poor service for sure, I just...
