I don't understand why companies come out with special sandwiches and when you go to try them they are out of the said special? Losing paying customers is not the way to go.

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

I hadn't been to this Arby's since it was redone and was hungry. Its near Wendy's and McDonalds and a really nice Chinese carryout,but I thought I had heard they had a special on Beef and cheese...

Got out of arbys for $13! The guy at the window was super nice. Then we get home it's looking good, the jalapeño peppers are freshly fried and we open our 2/$5 sandwiches only to find two strands...

I had to greet the staff when i walked in.. 1/2 were wearing masks, the other half werent. Manager was preparing food without gloves on. Tables were dirty. Countertop where you order and pick up...
