If it was possible to give a zero, it would be well deserving. You go in and you wait and wait to get waits on. The teen staff are all sitting int the back eating and sitting in their phones....

worst Arby's we've ever been at, sticky floors throughout the whole restaurant, very filthy bathrooms, no to, no ketchup in the dispensers, and VERY slow service, workers didn't care

Worst beef and cheddar ever! You pay ten dollars for a combo and this is how much cheese you get. Very sad and it's no wonder they never seem to be busy
