Great Trail Care center is one of the leading providers of long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services in Ohio. It is a 100-plus-bed facility that has been serving Carroll, Stark and Columbiana counties since 1986. The center offers respite, hospice, palliative and postoperative care services. Great Trail Care center also provides respiratory, cancer recovery, digestive disease support, and infusion and wound care therapy services. It offers a range of social and cultural activities. The center provides case management, discharge planning and restorative care services. Great Trail Care center offers various amenities that include cable television and phone access , as well as features nurse stations and dining and private rooms.
