The person answering phones needs to learn not to cut someone off while they are speaking with "okay... bye bye" I don't care if you do have 3 other lines ringing. No excuse to be rude!!!

With the exception of a small portion, the nursing staff is incompetent. And incredibly rude.Food is disgusting .

Do not leave your family member here. It is not adequately staffed ever. The food is terrible and the quality of care has gone way downhill.

Former ADON, i was terminated due to refusing unsafe staffing. Was to be the only nurse in the building for 84 beds from 11p-7a. DON decided if she needed to come in to help, she'd do it herself...
