Altercare of Bucyrus is a more than 100-bed nursing facility specializing in the care of residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. Located in Bucyrus, Ohio, its service coordinators provides respite care and day care services. Through its refined dining program, the center serves dishes, such as grilled chicken breast, cheeseburger, grilled chicken salad, personal pan pizza, boneless barbecue, and a variety of desserts and beverages. Altercare of Bucyrus is licensed by the state department of health, are certified to provide Medicare Part A and Part B services, Medicaid and workers compensation services, and accept residents on a private-pay, managed care and private insurance company basis.
