HealthSource West Clermont is a School Based Health Center that also serves the entire community. The services provided at HealthSource West Clermont include primary medical care, vision services, and dentistry to any West Clermont School District student, school district staff, and the entire community. The school-based health center is open Monday through Friday and will remain open during school breaks including the summer. You don't need to live in the West Clermont District or have a child enrolled at West Clermont Schools to use the West Clermont SBHC - it is open to the public.

HealthSource is continuing is actively monitoring COVID-19. Our offices are still open to provide care to our patients. Please note that we are having patients wait in their cars until its their turn to be seen. We are not allowing any guests to accompany adult patients. However, pediatric patients may have one parent per patient. All patients and staff are required to wear masks - we appreciate your cooperation. We are offering the majority of patients to be seen via telehealth appointments from the comfort of their homes.
