Very clean and simple to navigate. Parking is all surface lots. Rental is located on-site. Bar/restaurant has a view of planes and runway. Dining and shopping options could be improved.

Every single employee was friendly and helpful.....a huge difference compared to Cleveland. Short TSA line (in the middle of a government shutdown!). Very kid friendly with play areas throughout!
