Maybe it's just returns or when management is involved...they refused a 12 buck return in the original package bought about an hour earlier... complete okie doke attitude , only the good service...

Generally I have enjoyed shopping at this ace hardware, until today. I was treated very poorly and the service was unbelievably frustrating and insulting. They made me grovel to return an item....
