Getting through to the office staff is extreme difficult. The extension to speak with the front desk usually goes to voicemail and if you do leave a voicemail you very rarely hear back. Been...

In the two years I've been going to Access Counseling the front desk has only picked up twice. I leave messages for the nurses about issues with med or just a simple question and they never call back.
