The Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country offers outdoor recreation programs for people with disabilities. The association provides case management, early intervention and public education options. It manages the CP Family Health Care Center, which offers dental and physical therapy services. The CP Family Health Care Center maintains locations in St. Lawrence, Clinton and Franklin counties in New York. The center provides orthopedic evaluation and diagnosis for children, as well as medication management and foot care services. In addition, the association offers day and residential habilitation solutions. The Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country provides waiver respite and individualized support services.
