History

We, Eric Ditter and Brad McHugh, are the co-founders of White Dog Development Group. We met at Virginia Tech in 1996, and have since forged a complementary entrepreneurial relationship that integrates our extensive experience in land development and construction operations. Our solutions-driven approach to property development and straight-forward style of business contracting means successful, on-time and on-budget projects and satisfied customers. We embrace challenges and have an energetic enthusiasm for what we do. We are disciplined, methodical managers who offer a unique combination of engineering, building construction, landscape design and horizontal and vertical real estate development experience. Those who work with us know that our word is our bond, but we like our results to speak for themselves. At White Dog Development Group, dedication to our clients, our subcontractors, our industry, and to each other are our strongest foundations.
