Community Action Partnership, Dickinson-Williston CAP, is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that aims to enhance the quality of life in western North Dakota communities through education, resources, and services. With a service area covering several counties, CAP has been providing assistance to low-income individuals and families since its incorporation in 1976. As one of the seven community action agencies in North Dakota, CAP continues to work towards self-sufficiency and the amelioration of poverty.
