I stayed at this lovely guest house in March of 2015. The weekend of the wintershow and found the owner to always be cheerful very helpful and she even stocked the fridge with things I prefered....

Three Oaks is a well maintained, fully furnished, vintage home with an updated kitchen. We are well suited for family get-togethers, bridal showers, small meetings, quilting/scrapbooking groups, hunters, and many other activities. Cable TV, internet and laundry facilities are provided, and the kitchen has most any cookware and utensils you would need.Rent us for a few hours for a special event, overnight, or for a week or month or more. Three Oaks is a real 'home-away-from-home'. Consider us instead of a hotel!

This was a great little place near the river in Valley City in a quiet neighborhood. The house had a old style charm with lots of places to entertain/chat. We rented the entire house for 1 night...
