Located in Devils Lake, ND, the center serves as a State Resource Center offering advocacy, leadership, and educational expertise to the deaf and hard of hearing community in North Dakota. With a mission to develop, coordinate, and maintain a continuum of services, the NDSD RC celebrates Deaf Awareness Week as a time to recognize the contributions of Deaf individuals and American Sign Language to our world.
