PROFESSIONAL. CLEAN. GUARANTEED. Sound Decision is a family owned business, open since 2006. Jay Hubbard started installing car stereos for his friends as a kid, which shortly led to his first job. Continuing with 12V electronics through college, he wanted to turn his passion into his career. With over 20 years of experience, Jay's favorite place is still the install bay. We've continued to grow and evolve - leading to the opening of a new, bigger location at 1923 Demers Ave in Grand Forks on May 4th, 2015. We mainly focus on Remote Car Starters, Car Audio, Marine Audio & Mobile Video, although there are few things we can't install. Everything from Classic Cars to Boats to UTV's - it's all fair game.

Very good customer service. Good communication. They answered my questions over the phone like experts. The only down side was I was told I would get a call in the morning when my truck was ready....
