Jeremy Gardner, MD, specializes in orthopedic surgery including the direct anterior approach hip replacement which offers faster recovery for patients electing to have a surgical solution. Patients requiring the care of an orthopedic surgeon can feel comfortable with Dr Gardner as their physician. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice and puts patients at ease. Outside the office, Dr Gardner is an active golfer, runner and scuba diver. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and archery.

Marcin Szember, MD is an inpatient gastroenterologist at Altru. He specializes in diagnostic and interventional endoscopy, ERCP, Spyglass Cholangioscopy and Endoscopic Ultrasound with Fine Needle Aspiration and Biopsy. Outside of work, Dr Szember enjoys spending time with his kids and family, traveling and sports/outdoor activities.

Dr Mark Strand specializes in Otolaryngology at Altru Professional Center. He treats patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose and throat. Both he and his wife are North Dakota natives and are happy to be back in their home state. When he is not seeing patients, Dr Strand is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and watching sports.
