The most empty Macy's I have ever walked through. It's rather sparse for a Sunday afternoon. No luck finding any shops that have warm jackets or sweatshirts to cover my neck.

Went to Macy's to purchase a pair of shoes. I found two pairs I liked and asked the associate for the size I needed. When she brought the boxes of shoes, she had the wrong shoe and wrong sizes....
