All of my appointment offerings are in the evening, starting at 5:30pm. The first session is a chance for me to gather information from you to help me understand your struggles and identify your strengths. It is also a chance for you to see if I am a good match for your needs. It is important you feel comfortable with your counselor. You should feel like you are listened to and understood and that you can trust your counselor. Sessions are usually held weekly at first, and can then be held less frequently, depending on your needs. It is a very flexible process, based on your needs being met. I do my own billing and rent space from another therapist. Since I am self-employed, I work for you.
