Jessica McCay, LCSW

Jess works with children, adolescents, and adults up to age 30 working through trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, and more. Jess meets with individuals in person and via telehealth. Jess completed her undergraduate Social Work degree at Minot State University with a concentration in addiction studies. Jess then completed her Master of Social Work degree at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Jess' background includes addiction treatment case management and outpatient therapy. Jess utilizes evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, perinatal mental health therapy, and play therapy modalities with children.
