Fargo Fillies started as a mobile food cart open late nights for the bar crowd in October 2017. Over the years we have grew into a full out concession company doing fairs and festivals and all sorts of events.

Fargo Fillies specializes in Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. We believe a high quality sandwich starts with high quality ingredients. That is why we make our cheese sauces from scratch, hand slice ribeye, use the freshest produce and use a French baguette for all of our sandwiches.
