Overall 0/10...our first visit we showed up 15 min earlier than we were supposed to, then were told the time we were given was to fill out paperwork...which was 30 minutes before our appointment...

The staff was very friendly and even gave us a tour of the facility. They are strict on privacy which is a must! They have a pleasant waiting area and the kids have their own special area to play...
