History
My journey began with performing arts, through which I was introduced to the Alexander Technique in 1995. After certifying to teach Alexander at The American Center for the Alexander Technique in NYC I found my way to Acupuncture due to my own experience of auto-immune dis-ease. I got my Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College in NYC. I relocated to the Triangle in 2015 and work in private practice as well as with the actors at UNC's Professional Actors Training Program.
