10/10 don't EVER stay at this place. 1. Roaches! 2. Rude staff, who just simply don't care about anything or anyone. 3. They charge for anything "extra" that's not actually considered extra.......

This was the worst stay ,Hood springs is what the name should be , extended stay needs to give mr woods-springs back his money and dont even buy nothing else from him ,trying to turn a junkie...

Not only is this hotel a mess, the employees behind the desk and especially the GM Christine are the reason I would advise you not to come here. They are so rude and they act like your a burden...
