Womb One

History

In 2002 I began working as a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist, first at a spa then in Pilates/yoga studios and a chiropractic office. I have held an independent private practice since 2004, which is also the year that I became a Reiki teacher, then a doula/birth assistant in 2007. At first I worked with women and their bodies primarily from a place of physical support with a strong background in spiritual healing work. Eventually I shifted focus to more emotional, mental and spiritual support. In 2015 I became a Qigong instructor and also started holding Red Tent gatherings. Feminine gatherings, meditation guidance and life coaching have become the funnel through which I am honored to serve women with a rich mixture of experience and wisdom.
