Having changed the name at least twice (Big John's Hot and Spicy, & Big Johns Wings and Things), this food truck's owners have now settled on Wingski's. I'm not sure how that name came about, but...

I tried out Wingski's the other night and thought that they were good, but nothing super original. I appreciated the diversity in the menu (they do have other things other than wings and fries)...

Great buffalo and hot Korean wings! I wouldn't really recommend the mango habanero - the sauce was really thick and sweet. Also had some potato skins that were delicious.
