Chef Amy attended a culinary program at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN where she learned the ins and outs of all things culinary. She has spent the last 20 years teaching private cooking classes and working with local farmers providing prepared meals to go. Amy moved to Avon, NC in 2019 and enjoys offering her unique services to Hatteras Island locals and guest.
