We are a Farm-to-Table Butcher shop and Restaurant located in Kinston. The meat is provided by our 11 Generation family farm which has been in our family since 1746. Menu favorites include our Texas style Beef BBQ Brisket, Southern Style Pecan Smoked Pork BBQ Sandwich, Ribeye Steak Sanwich, Grandma Nellie's Handmade Chicken Pastry and Prosciutto Pimiento Cheese and Honey Biscuits. Dry-Aged Ribeyes, Filet Mignon, Texas Style Mixed Grill Platter and Porterhouse Pork Chops available on Friday and Saturday nights.
