NOTE: this is more of a message to the disengaged franchise owner than a review... I can't rate the food because I was unable to obtain any. Pulled into the drive-through with only two vehicles...

The service is terrible. Especially the outside service I waited 15 minutes to order a shake and then guy said I'll be right back 10 minutes later and never came so I drove out never again.

Website shows main dining room open from 7am-10pm. Drive through open til midnight. Just wanted a drink and I hate drive throughs. I entered the store at 9:50 pm. I was met by an employee who said...

The drive-through was extremely slow. I placed my order and it was repeated back to me (mostly right, so I corrected her). Drove to the window and received my food, waited a couple more minutes...
